Citumang River

Sungai Citumang is a wide and long nature river in Bojong Village, Karangnangka around Parigi District and about half an hour from Cibenda local Market. This Citumang swimming snaky river is about eight meter width, five hundred meter length, and quite deep for diving. Citumang River also also has a deep wide nature hollow spring water from the fertile forest behind. If you are a brave skillful swimmer, let’s enjoy swimming and diving through the dark side of this coral nature channel.

Citumang River is a long and winding swimming dramatic area for any swim style. The river covered and surrounded by lush old trees and their long tall roots hanging along Citumang River banks and become a free thread handle for swimmer to jump into the clean glossy water.

Citumang River is about fifteen km far from Pangandaran Beach area or let’s says it is even in the middle way between Green Canyon Resort and Pangandaran itself. Citumang River has an accessible road either from Green Canyon or Pangandaran. You can take a bike or motorbike from both parts and the best way to get down to this emerald Citumang River is from Cibenda local Market through Panyingkiran narrow road and green rice field until parking lot, then from there you should take a walk for about twenty minutes to the fresh romantic river.

It is better if you come to Citumang River early in the morning from Pangandaran Beach area because you should continue your journey to Green Canyon outbound river.

Enjoy the exotic scenery along the path through Citumang Emerald River, green teak leaves and brown roots configure your path away to this great destination. Almost along the way through the clean crystal Citumang River water illustrated the outbound by the moist dampen coral hill and it let you take a deep natural breath spa. The sound of different kind of insects, sparrows, birds, colorful butterflies and the shade of tree leaves canopy is your sunroofs!
